Meet Lillian Souza

Lillian Souza is the founder and principal designer of Lillian Souza Interiors, a boutique design studio focused on creating refined, highly personal interiors and outdoor living spaces with a strong connection to the character of the home, materiality, and the way people truly live.

Her approach is rooted in warm, understated luxury — spaces that feel sophisticated without feeling overly styled. Natural stone, wood, layered textures, thoughtful lighting, and a strong indoor-outdoor relationship are recurring elements throughout her work. Rather than following trends, Lillian focuses on creating environments that feel balanced, collected, functional, and enduring.

Lillian studied at Parsons School of Design in New York, where she further developed her understanding of design, composition, and the relationship between form and function. Her broader background and international perspective also influence the way she approaches sourcing, materials, and the character of each project.

She believes good design should respond to both the home and the people who live in it. Every project begins with listening — understanding how a client uses a space, what matters to them, and how the design can improve everyday life while still feeling beautiful and distinctly their own.

Through Lillian Souza Interiors, she brings together creative direction, space planning, material selection, sourcing, visualization, and project collaboration to create spaces that feel intentional from the first concept to the final detail.
